We invite all families who use the Food Pantry to come to the Farmer's Market at Legion Field where we will double your money (up to $20 per day) toward the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as dairy, meat, and honey. The program will run through October 15 and the grand opening day at the Market will have live music, a petting zoo, a fitness demonstration and more. 

In the past, this program has only been available for families with SNAP benefits (aka food stamps), but the majority of people who need food assistance in Weymouth do not qualify for SNAP because they make just a bit too much money-- they're working families. Thanks to our friends at the Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins Community Foundation, we are expanding the program this year to include everyone who uses the Food Pantry.
